On the nose

Fresh white fruits, slightly floral, very expressive, intense.

On the palate

Dry, fruity, fresh, tasty, lively, easy on the palate. Stresses the white fruit. Some stickiness, endowed with structure and a very long and pleasant finish.

Pairing

Complex salads, rice with fish, vegetables, smoked, white fish grilled or with sauce, blue cheese and crustaceans.

Celler Josep Vicens Gandesa, Terra Alta

Celler Josep Vicens is a small family-run winery based in Gandesa. Five generations of the same family have been involved in wine production and its distribution. The winery is located in the family’s house in the centre of the village. From the end of the 19th century, wine knowledge has been passed on from father to son. This, together with the introduction of new grape varieties as well as continuing with the native ones, and introducing more modern methods, the family have achieved a high level of quality in the wines they currently produce.
