Elaboration
Two macerations of botanicals. First with essential oils, spices and citrus extracts such as lime peel, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, wormwood… Second maceration with more botanical and Mediterranean extracts such as rosemary, thyme, fennel, orange blossom, chamomile, elderflowers… Aging in French oak barrels.
On the nose
Orange citrus notes, balsamic notes, Mediterranean herbs such as thyme and fennel.
On the palate
Citrus notes that are combined with Mediterranean mountain herbs. Long, unctuous, with a balsamic touch. Well integrated and balanced bitterness.
Recommendations
Serve at 7ºC.
