Fermented with selected yeasts at low temperatures in stainless steel tank. Obscured with green nuts and flavoured by maceration with herbs and spices.
On the nose
Herbs such as thyme and rosemary and spices like cinnamon. Slightly bitter finish with notes of candy.

Refreshing with a balanced acidity, complex and a strong personality.
