Truffle Experience

The truffle has become as one of the most quoted foods in the world and one of the most recognized species is Tuber melanosporum or Black Truffle which we will focus on it. The season of truffle is from November until mid March so it means you only can book for these dates.

What is included?

• Looking for truffles with state owner and trained dog.
• Truffle tasting breakfast.
• Wine tasting in ViOrigen tasting room.
• Pairing lunch / dinner in Restaurant Sibarites.
• 1 night of accommodation and breakfast in La Casa dels Abeuradors.
