Controlled fermentation, maceration in tanks of 5000 l during 3 – 4 weeks. Aged during 6 months in oak french an american barrel.

On the nose

Aromas of berries, balsamic an a touch of minerality.

Powerful with licorice and fresh fruit notes.

Cellers Tarroné winery was founded by Rafael Solé Pubill in 1942. The winery saw the birth of their first wines in a bottle in 1980. Another great qualitative step came in the 90s when the cellar began to experimenting with aged wines. Currently the winery is in a process to renew the winery equipment and building and its wines.
