Controlled-temperature fermentation with an after aging of three months with its lees.
On the nose
Medium intensity aromas where highlight white fruits such as apple, carved grass, fennel and dried fruits.
On the palate
Balanced with good acidity which brings freshness. Notes of citrus and carved grass. A touch of apple an aniseed hints.
Recommendations
To serve between 11-12ºC.
