Controlled-temperature fermentation between 18 and 21ºC. Aged in French Oak barrels during three months.

On the nose
Aromas of fresh red fruit with licorice notes.
On the palate
Light with good acidity. Long, bulky and persistent.
Pairing
Salads, fresh tartar tuna, pasta, white meats and soft sauces.
