Elaboration

Manual harvest in boxes of 20 kg. 24h in cold room. Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 21 and 24ºC. Aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrel.

On the nose

Aromas of very ripe red fruit with spicy notes (cocoa, vanilla and pepper).

On the palate

Light entry with good acidity. Long, voluminous and persistent aftertaste. Good balance of tannins.

Grilled meats and stews.
