White wine aged in oak and chesnut barrels with lees of more than 50 years and sunny and dry oxidative aging during 10 years.

On the nose

Dried fruits, fresh balsamic notes, toasted notes with fig liquor ending.

On the palate

Creamy entrance, well-balanced, fresh, dried ending with a touch of bitter.

Pairing

Dried fruits, cheese, chocolate, candied fruits, etc.

To serve between 16-18ºC.
