Powerful aroma of tropical fruits, lychees, passion fruit, white fruit such as banana, peach. Floral notes of white roses and mountain herbs.
On the palate
Very tasty, large, fresh. Good acidity.

Seafood, paella, fish with light sauces, pasta and foie.

To serve between 6-8ºC.
