Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 22-25ºC and maceration for one week. Aging for 12 months in 300-liter French oak barrels.

Balanced with notes of red fruits, soft and elegant tannin. Memories of Mediterranean herbs with very fine toasts. Long and persistent finish.
