On the nose
Fine aroma, toasted, elegant, very intense. Fine spices well integrated with hints of red fruit.
On the palate
Tasty, elegant, fresh, fruity background and well integrated tannins. Balanced, with a very long and pleasant finish.
Pairing
White and red meat, lamb, poultry, rice and cheese.
Recommendations
To serve between 17-18ºC.
