Elaboration
Temperature-controlled fermentation at 28-30ºC. Aging during 8 months with french oak barrels. Aged in bottle during 12 months.
On the nose
Ripe dark fruit. Toasted notes from barrel and jams of berries.
On the palate
Good acidity that adds freshness to enhance the fruit on the smoky notes from aging.
Recommendations
To serve between 16-18ºC.
