Elaborated with overripe grapes from the varieties Moscatel, Garnacha Blanca and
Garnacha Tinta. Before fermentation, which has been spontaneous, the grapes
have been macerated for 60 hours at 10 ºC in a stainless steel tank. After the first
day of tumultuous fermentation, we fixed temperature at 12 ºC, injecting small
additions of spirit every day until the tenth day. At this point, the skins are
separated in order to finish its fermentation in concrete.
On the nose
Aromatically intense, with notes of cinnamon and spearmint. As the wine breathes, sweet and ripe red fruits burst among an infusion of camomile and thyme, with citric reminiscences.
On the palate
On the palate, it is sweet yet not overly sweet. Notes of blood orange with an oxidative noble touch, caramel and bitter tangerine.
