Elaboration
Grapes from old vines, harvested with advanced maturation. Manual harvest in 25 kg boxes. Spontaneous fermentation with the skins in stainless steel tanks. After 10 days breaking with the skins, it is pressed and the fermentation ends without skins. Winter rest in a stainless steel tank with its own lees. Clarified and bottled following the lunar calendar.
On the nose
High aromatic intensity and great aromatic variety: orange peel, dry grass, citrus fruits.
On the palate
Entrance with character, volume, tactile sensation, balanced and long.

To serve between 9-10ºC.
