On the nose
The nose displays an intense, dry and attractive aroma where of all the botanists, highlights the vanilla and Lavender.
On the palate
In the mouth it is bluntly dry and direct predominating notes of star anise and nutmeg. The after taste is intensely bitter accompanied with a correct acidity that gives an excellent freshness.
