Cooling during 24 hours between 3-5ºC. Fermentation between 13-15ºC in French oak barrels. Aging with their own lees during ten months.
On the nose
Well-balanced between the fruit and oak notes. It shows Mediterranean and balsamic notes.
On the palate
The palate is sleek and ends very tasty.

Decanter magazine has given the best score to la Serra White from Herència Altés as the best White Grenache of Spain. Cooling during 24 hours between 3-5ºC. Fermentation between 13-15ºC in French oak barrels. Aging with their own lees during ten months.
