Elaboration
Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks with controlled-temperature. Aged in French an American oak barrels during 12 months.
On the nose
Red and black fruits, mineral and spicy. Soft toasted with well integrated wood.
On the palate
Full-bodied, complex. Notes of licorice, red and black fruits and chocolate.
Pairing
Red and hunting meats, roasted, stews, cheeses, chocolate, etc.
Recommendations
To serve between 16-18ºC.
