Aged during six months in French Oak barrels and one year in bottle.

On the nose

Aromas of black cherries, currants and red fruit. Vanilla and toasted bread notes.

On the palate

Well-balanced with long and round ending. Nice with great structure.

Pairing

Baked rice. "Puchero Canario" a saffron stew with sausage, beans, cheackpeas and potatoes. Prawns and baby squid in white truffle sauce.

Recommendations

To serve between 16-18ºC.
