The Tempranillo and Merlot are fermented together, pumping over the first 24h as much as possible, taking out the juice at middle fermentation and finishing without skins. The Red Grenache is made following the carbonic maceration parameters. The Carignan is made with a whole fermentation. Clarified and filtered before bottling.
