Fermented in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks in the end. Aged for twenty months in the bottle.
On the nose
White fruits and citrus with hints of bakery and dried fruits.
On the palate
Well-structured and complex, well-integrated bubble with velvety sensation on the palate due to aging. Nice after taste.
Pairing
Snacks, seafood, fish and rice. Roasted meats and with best desserts.
Recommendations
To serve at 6ºC.
