Elaboration
Fermentation in acacia barrels of 500 liters with their own lees applying batonnage.
On the nose
Citrus an aniseed aromas. Notes of flowers, fruits like peach and plum. It reminds pineapple with spicy sensations and wood notes on the background.
On the palate
Creamy, thick, silky with good acidity. Long aftertaste which reminds aromas from nose with much more intensity. Salinity notes, typical from White Grenache.
Recommendations
To serve at 12ºC.
